What if I feel sore after my massage?
Be patient. A small number of people can experience some pain or discomfort 24-48 hours post treatment. If this is you, it may be because your muscle tissue is continuing to heal, so it just might mean you need to wait a little longer to reap the much-needed benefits of your treatment.
